Anti-Spam Policy
Last Updated: April 18, 2026
Syntrium is committed to maintaining a communication environment that is respectful, relevant, and free from unsolicited or deceptive messaging. This Anti-Spam Policy defines our standards for all electronic communications sent through or in connection with our platform, and sets out the responsibilities of users and our organisation in upholding those standards.
1. Scope and Application
This policy applies to all electronic communications transmitted via our platform, including but not limited to email notifications, promotional messages, transactional messages, and any other digital communications initiated by Syntrium or by users of our services.
This policy applies to:
Our organisation — all outbound communications sent by Syntrium to registered users, prospective users, or any other recipients.
Our users — any individual or entity that uses our platform to send communications to others, whether directly or through integrations.
2. Definition of Spam
For the purposes of this policy, spam refers to any unsolicited, bulk, or deceptive electronic communication. This includes, but is not limited to:
Unsolicited commercial messages sent to recipients who have not given their prior consent to receive such communications.
Bulk messages distributed to large numbers of recipients without a legitimate relationship or verified opt-in.
Messages that contain false, misleading, or deceptive sender information, subject lines, or content.
Communications that obscure the identity of the sender or disguise their commercial nature.
Messages sent in violation of an expressed opt-out or unsubscribe request.
3. Our Commitments
3.1 Consent-Based Communication
Syntrium sends electronic communications only to individuals who have provided explicit consent, either through registration on our platform, a verified opt-in process, or an established service relationship. We do not purchase, rent, or otherwise acquire contact lists from third parties for unsolicited outreach.
3.2 Honest Identification
All communications sent by Syntrium accurately identify the sender. We do not use deceptive subject lines, misleading headers, or disguised sender addresses. Each message clearly identifies Syntrium as the origin and states the purpose of the communication.
3.3 Unsubscribe and Opt-Out
Every marketing or promotional communication sent by Syntrium includes a clear, functional mechanism for recipients to opt out of future messages. Opt-out requests are processed promptly and no further promotional messages are sent to individuals who have exercised this right, except where communications are strictly necessary for the delivery of an existing service.
3.4 Content Standards
All communications sent by or through our platform must comply with applicable content standards. Messages must not contain malicious code, deceptive claims, illegal offers, or content that violates our general Terms of Service.
4. User Obligations
Users who access Syntrium services to send communications to third parties are bound by this policy and agree to the following obligations:
4.1 Verified Recipient Consent
Users must obtain verifiable prior consent from all recipients before sending any commercial or promotional communication. Acceptable consent includes explicit opt-in forms, written agreements, or other documented expressions of willingness to receive communications.
4.2 Accurate Sender Information
Users must not disguise or falsify sender information, originating domains, or message headers. All messages must accurately represent the identity of the sender.
4.3 Honour Opt-Out Requests
Users must provide a clear and operable mechanism for recipients to unsubscribe or opt out of communications. Opt-out requests must be honoured without undue delay and recipients must not be re-added to communication lists without renewed consent.
4.4 Prohibited Sending Practices
Users must not use our platform to:
Send unsolicited bulk messages of any kind.
Harvest or scrape email addresses or contact details from any source without explicit permission.
Use automated tools to generate or distribute messages in a manner inconsistent with this policy.
Send messages that contain malware, phishing links, or any other harmful content.
Impersonate any person, organisation, or brand in the sending of messages.
5. Enforcement and Consequences
Syntrium actively monitors usage patterns to detect and prevent spam activity. Where a violation of this policy is identified or reasonably suspected, we reserve the right to take any of the following actions without prior notice:
Temporarily suspend the account or access privileges of the user involved.
Permanently terminate access to the platform.
Investigate and preserve records of suspected violations.
Report violations to relevant authorities or industry anti-spam bodies where required or appropriate.
Seek legal remedy for damages caused by violations of this policy.
Users found to have breached this policy may be held responsible for any costs, penalties, or damages incurred by Syntrium as a direct result of their non-compliance.
6. Reporting Spam
If you believe you have received a communication that violates this policy, or if you suspect that our platform is being used for spam activity, we encourage you to report it to us immediately.
You may contact us by email at info@met-v1.com or by post at:

Our platform may integrate with or connect to third-party services for the purpose of facilitating communications. While we apply due diligence in selecting and monitoring these integrations, users are responsible for ensuring that their use of such third-party tools complies with this policy and the terms of the respective providers.
Syntrium does not assume liability for spam activity that originates from third-party tools used independently by a user outside the direct functionality of our platform.
