These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the services, content, and platform provided by Syntrium ("we", "us", or "our") via met-v1.com. By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

5. Intellectual Property
All content available on the platform — including but not limited to videos, written materials, course structures, graphics, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Syntrium or its licensed content creators. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership right over platform content.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view content for personal educational use only. This licence does not include the right to download, reproduce, or redistribute any content.
6. User-Submitted Content
If you submit any content to the platform, including comments, feedback, or course reviews, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you represent that you have the right to grant this licence and that your submission does not infringe the rights of any third party.
We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be inappropriate, inaccurate, or in violation of these terms.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
7.1 Fees
Certain content and features require payment. All applicable fees are displayed prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the stated amount using your provided payment method.
7.2 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. We reserve the right to refuse refunds where we determine misuse or abuse of the refund process has occurred.
7.3 Subscription Renewals

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Syntrium, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Syntrium and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the platform, its users, or its content creators. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
13. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice or liability. We may also update pricing, features, or content availability.
