DMCA Policy
Last Updated: December 23, 2025
Syntrium respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its platform to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy ("DMCA Policy") describes how Syntrium responds to claims of copyright infringement and outlines the procedures for submitting notices and counter-notices under the DMCA.
1. Notification of Claimed Infringement
If you believe that content available on or through the Syntrium platform infringes one or more of your copyrights, you may submit a written notification to our designated copyright agent. To be effective under the DMCA, your notification must include all of the following elements:
1.1 Identification of the Copyrighted Work
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. A description of the copyrighted work or works that you claim have been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works is acceptable.
1.2 Identification of the Infringing Material
A description of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Syntrium to locate the material. Providing a URL or a specific page reference is the most effective way to help us identify the allegedly infringing content.
1.3 Contact Information
Information reasonably sufficient to permit Syntrium to contact you as the complaining party. This includes your name, mailing address, telephone number, and electronic mail address.
1.4 Good Faith Statement
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
1.5 Accuracy Statement
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Designated Copyright Agent
Notifications of claimed infringement must be sent to the following designated copyright agent:
Syntrium — Copyright Agent
35 Weston Heights, Carrigaline Middle, Carrigaline, Co. Cork, Ireland
Email: info@met-v1.com
Phone: +353 87 467 6629
Please note that under applicable law, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. If you are unsure whether the material you are reporting is infringing, you should consult a qualified legal advisor before filing a notification.
3. Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our designated copyright agent.
3.1 Requirements for a Valid Counter-Notification
To be effective, your counter-notification must include:
a) Your physical or electronic signature.
b) Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
c) A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
d) Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of claimed infringement or an agent of such person.
3.2 Processing of Counter-Notifications
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Syntrium will promptly provide a copy of the counter-notification to the original complaining party. Syntrium will then replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days following receipt of the counter-notification, unless the designated copyright agent first receives notice from the original complaining party that such party has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringement.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Syntrium has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at Syntrium's sole discretion, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. Syntrium may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to the platform and terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
5. Accommodation of Standard Technical Measures
Syntrium accommodates and does not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works. Standard technical measures are those that have been developed pursuant to a broad consensus of copyright owners and service providers in an open, fair, voluntary, multi-industry standards process; are available to any person on reasonable and nondiscriminatory terms; and do not impose substantial costs on service providers or substantial burdens on their systems or networks.
6. Modifications to This Policy
Syntrium reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting of the updated policy to the Syntrium website. Your continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.
7. Limitation of Liability
This DMCA Policy is provided for informational purposes and describes the procedures Syntrium follows in good faith. Nothing in this policy creates any additional obligations or warranties beyond those required by applicable law. Syntrium shall not be liable for any errors or omissions in the administration of this policy that do not result from its own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
